Nellions is a great company from a customer stand point:
#1 (Prompt): During my first interaction I asked could they get to my apartment and give me a moving quote 30 minutes from when I called. As a little bit of background, I had a rival company scheduled to show up at the time I requested. Nellions representatives arrived before the rivals with whom I made arrangements the previous day.
#2 (Timely): The day of the move they were to arrive at 8 am, they were 15 minutes early with a crew ensemble.
#3 (Self-control): I baked cookies, but NO ONE would eat until they moved ALL of my things into the truck.
#4 (Courteous to a person): Each representative with whom I interacted was awesome as a human.
#5 (Thoughtful): I assumed incorrectly that some possession of mine was missing several days after the move. I called the move captain (Naomi) and she made plans to visit the following work day (after asking her associates about the items I thought were missing). I found my stuff before then and thanked her for her thoughtfulness.
Nellions is an amazing moving company!
