I had to put in written how pleased I am with Nellions services in assisting us to move into our new house. I am, admittedly, a hard customer to satisfy but clearly, I can’t hold to say : WELL DONE and PLEASE KEEP IT UP! The team was not only organised but also listening to us! They were kind, professional, dynamic, quick, careful and with a lot of sense of humour! The captain (Ken) even told me it was fun to move with us… I hope he meant it!
All of them were fully of a good help :
– Ken managing the whole project with care
– Benson willingly helping us to fix our appliances in a very neat way.
– Evans running up and down unlazily and with a willing spirit
– Asumpta behaving even like a little sister : “what else can I help you with?”
– (I can’t remember the name of this last one) being so patient when I asked him to help me fix the curtains with pegs!
Not to mention, by all means, you and Dorcas’ professionalism when you first came to give me a quotation. It was sent rapidly and with lots of precision… I hope you all get a good salary..! I was feeling sorry for the team because they stay the all day empty stomach (and obviously my fridge was empty as well!) but I was explained Nellions provide breakfast for them. Amazing!!!
I will definitely recommend Nellions! I have rarely seen such a good customer care in this so loved country… People like you are the ones making us being willing to stay longer!
